George Donati

General Manager

George is a 4^th generation agriculturist on the Central Coast, dating back to his great grandfather’s emigration from Switzerland to Cayucos, CA in 1870.

He received his degree in Agricultural Business Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. George is an expert in vineyard properties offering a turn-key operation to clients that includes vineyard development & vineyard management. He is General Manager of Pacific Coast Farming, specializing in vineyard properties mainly in the San Luis Obispo area of Edna Valley, and also properties in Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County.

George is also a licensed California Farm Labor Contractor and a licensed wine grape broker, providing these services to the clients that he manages. He is a member of the California Farm Bureau and the recipient of the 2013 San Luis Obispo County Wine Grape Grower of the year award.

George and his wife Kristi live in the Edna Valley.
